All La Stella rooms are not smoking.Smoking in a room is not permitted under any circumstances.In case you smoke we will apply a charge on your bill to cover the extra cleaning costs which we will incur.

Check in at 15:00-check out 11:00,please be punctual.

For late check-out, till 18:00 the extra cost is the half of the total price of the room.In case you want to check out after 18:00 you will be charged the total amount of a full day.

Pets are welcome with an extra cost.Hotel must be informed in advance in case you accompanied by a pet.

Swimming pools opening hours: 08:00 a.m.-21:00 p.m..Pools remain closed during the night for safety reasons and for chlorination process of pool water,during which swimming is not permitted for health reasons.

Young children must be supervised by an adult when in the lounge areas or at the pool areas.

Non-refundable rates require full prepayment at the time of booking and it is non refundable in case of cancellation.

If there are any damages or loss in your room you will be in charged to the proper amount.
